Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of dysrhythmias.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Bariatric experience preferred.
Unit Details: Primarily surgical population with telemetry patients; high-churn unit. Common diagnoses/treatments include medical management of diabetes mellitus and pneumonia, trauma, general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, and urology. Equipment includes specialty bariatric beds, wound vacs, Prevena vacs, Baxter IV pumps, and Omnicell. Ultrasound IV team available 7am to 10pm for IV assistance as needed.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Call requirements: None.
Floating Requirements: Float required to all inpatient units.
