Additional Information
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Required Credentials: Driver's license required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
Unit Details: Swing bed/skilled care unit providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies to help patients transition from an acute hospital stay to home or a long-term care facility.
