Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Required Credentials:
ECG testing is required.
Special Requests:
You must take a 6-month break between staff and travel for all AdventHealth facilities.
Unit Details:
The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Patient ratios are 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights.
Shift & Scheduling:
No call is required.
The weekend requirement is every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
You must comply with AdventHealth's internal call-off policy: if you call off on a weekend or holiday, be prepared for your manager to schedule you on another weekend or holiday.
Floating Requirements:
The assignment may require floating between regional locations as needed, including Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter.
When floating outside the site, you will be notified at least 2 hours before the shift.
Floating may include Med-Surg, Cardiac, and Neuro Joint Spine.
