Preferred Skills/Experience:
Pediatric experience in a children's-only hospital.
Experience with varied patient populations.
Prior float team experience.
Cardiac experience.
Trach/vent experience.
Mental health patient population experience.
Special Requests:
No December or holiday RTO.
No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every third weekend required.
No call.
Must work 50% of holidays during the assignment.
Floating Requirements:
Acute care RNs are expected to float to Level 6 (Surgical), Level 7 (CCBD), Level 8 (Medical), Levels 9/10 (Pulmonary/Rehab), NICU, CPCU, Network of Care (Satellite Locations), Med/Surg IP, IPU (Inpatient Psychiatric Unit), and 1:1 patient observation assignments.
