Required Skills/Experience: Assists with marketing and coordinating workshops. Participates in quality improvement/program evaluation activities. Provides orientation to new staff. Identifies new or updated programs, including determining appropriate policies and procedures, training staff, and monitoring program effectiveness. Acts as a clinical instructor for students.
Unit Details: Medical inpatient setting with 90% of the day in swing bed and 10% in acute care. Therapy level is comparable to SNF in a hospital setting. About 75% of patients return home and 25% discharge to a new level of assist facility.
