Preferred Skills/Experience:
Cardiac surgery experience preferred.
Unit Details:
The unit uses ECMO, Impella, Maze, and IABP.
The unit uses Workday and ShiftWizard.
The patient population includes adults.
Shift & Scheduling:
Cardiac cases: 6:15a - 5:15p; non-cardiac cases: 6:45a (Days - 4x10's).
On-call can include weekends and holidays.
On-call requirements: 12-15 days to include 1-2 weekends depending on schedule rotation.
Floating Requirements:
The clinician may float to vascular, thoracic, and TACS cases if no scheduled heart cases.
