Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within last 3 years.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
• Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details:

• Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Provides comprehensive emergency care and rapid stabilization for admission or transfer across the health system.
• Level IV Trauma Center, Acute Stroke Ready Center, and Pediatric Ready Emergency Department.
• Coordinates closely with ground ambulance services and Med Flight for critically ill and injured patients.
• ED nursing and ED tech staff serve as the hospital’s rapid response team throughout the facility.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Evening/night, 12- and 8-hour shifts between the hours of 1900 - 0730.
• Weekend rotation including holidays as needed.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating to UW University.
