Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit

Required Credentials:
A driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension EKG Exam is required during onboarding, with a minimum passing score of 80% and only two attempts permitted; it must be updated every 3 years.
Ascension Specialty Exam is required during onboarding, with a minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only 2 attempts are allowed, and it must be updated every 3 years.
Ascension Core Competencies are required during onboarding and cover HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; a minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization is required, with only 2 attempts allowed; they must be updated every 3 years.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
A clinician's claimed residence must match the address on their driver's license to receive the travel rate.

Unit Details:
The unit serves surgical, GI, and oncology patients.
