Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: MUST HAVE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE; recent acute care hospital experience. Ability to accurately check and/or double check pediatric oral and intravenous solutions. Experience in Pharmaceutical Calculations and PK dosing of Aminoglycoside and Vancomycin. Experience in TPN calculations. Ability to solve issues with Pyxis. Preferred Skills/Experience: NICU/PICU/Peds experience a plus. Shift & Scheduling: 7 on 7 off, rotating weekends.
