Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Required Skills/Experience:
2 years of cardiac RNFA experience required.
Telemetry experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
First-assist experience in DaVinci robotic cases is preferred.
Ability to scrub and circulate complex cardiac cases is preferred; these cases may include CABGs, structural heart cases (e.g., Bentall), minimally invasive procedures (e.g., Mini Aortic Valve Replacement), and heart failure cases (e.g., Impella).
Heart transplant experience is preferred.

Special Requests:
Parking is not provided; this is an out-of-pocket expense. Parking Pass: 1 day — $6.00 (parking garage); by the month — $37.00; per 13-week contract — $111.00. Credit card payments only.
Travel pairs requiring the same schedule are not accepted.
No special requests are accepted.

Unit Details:
Cardiac RNFA duties include assisting with chest exposure and closing and independently performing vein harvesting for CABGs.
Heart transplants are performed on the unit.

Shift & Scheduling:
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Primarily weekdays, with 7a-7p and 11a-11p schedules.
On-call responsibilities are per unit need.
Straight day shifts are not available.
