Travel Nurse (RN) - Nurse Management

Required Skills/Experience:
Interim manager experience required.
Demonstrated expertise in the service area required.
Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required.

Required Credentials:
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.

Preferred Credentials:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other healthcare-related bachelor's degree preferred.

Unit Details:
Interim Manager - Nurse Management
Assigned to the Labor & Delivery department.
Temporary coverage of a specified area due to illness, leave of absence, or vacancy.
Manages assigned services/programs by directing, coordinating, and evaluating delivery of service/programs and working with direct line management to provide general guidance and leadership.
Establishes policies, procedures, and practices for human resource, business, and regulatory operations; develops, implements, and maintains the annual operating budget; oversees staffing and scheduling; and manages interviewing, performance evaluations, employee development, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
