Required Skills/Experience: LTC or rehab experience required.
Unit Details: Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of an Occupational Therapist. Duties include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive and assistive devices, treatment documentation in the electronic documentation system, treatment-minute tracking, discharge input, DME and supply coordination, and student support.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Start times are flexible as long as they are consistent and communicated with the DOR; therapists are asked to start before 6AM and no later than 10AM. No weekends. No call.
