Travel Allied (OT) - Rehabilitation Unit

Preferred Credentials:

• OTD preferred.

• The facility may make one-off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.

Unit Details:

• Evaluates and treats patients per physician orders/referrals, develops and updates individualized treatment and discharge plans, documents services accurately and timely, and supervises COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday-Friday. No call.
