Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: 6 months MS exp in the past year. 6 months OB exp in the past year. Able to function independently in the ER and function in MS unit with up to 5 patients. Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If previously worked with Sanford, must have an end date 6 months prior to submission date. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Unit Details: Med Surg and OB nursing. Uses Sanford One Charge and Pyxis. For Med/Surg - typically 3 to 4 to one - depending on census and acuity. Shift & Scheduling: Day/night rotation. Every other weekend and holiday. 3 call shifts required in a 13 week contract. Floating Requirements: Will float between OB and Med Surg.
