Travel Nurse (RN) - Direct Observation Unit

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Telemetry experience preferred.

Required Credentials:
Tele/ECG competency required.

Special Requests:
Block scheduling is not guaranteed.

Unit Details:
Patient ratios are approximately 1:5, with no defined ratios.
Equipment includes a cardiac monitor.
Patient population is adult only at this time (>18 years).
Common diagnoses/treatments include patients meeting observation status criteria, such as chest pain, asthma exacerbation, TIA, abdominal pain, urinary issues, blood sugar issues, DVT/PE, cellulitis, post-procedural monitoring, and minor trauma.

Shift & Scheduling:
Must work weekends and holidays.
No call.

Floating Requirements:
Floats to Medical, Cardiac, and Neuro-Ortho units.
