Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Required Credentials:
- Ascension Cerner test-out required.
- Ascension Specialty Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed.
- Ascension EKG Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed.
- Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Special Requests:
- Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of employment separation to be considered for a travel position.
- In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on driver's license.
Unit Details:
- This ED treats a high volume of behavioral health patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
- No call.
- Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
