Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years’ experience or accredited course in Echo-cardiology.

Required Credentials:

• ARDMS or ARRT required.
• Must be working toward attaining registries in all accredited areas.

Unit Details:

• Patients are treated for cardiac problems and undergo ultrasound testing.
• Patient population ranges from neonatal to geriatric and may be high acuity.
• Exposure to blood and body fluids is always present.
• The stat nature of procedures can make the area a very stressful place to work.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Scheduled call at night and on weekends; the unit operates 7 days per week.
