Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
Will consider travelers new to the Pediatric Acute Care Float Pool only.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Pediatric experience in a children's-only hospital preferred.
Experience with varied patient populations preferred.
Prior float team experience preferred.
Cardiac experience preferred.
Trach/vent experience preferred.
Mental health patient population experience preferred.
Special Requests:
No December or holiday RTO.
RTO will not be approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
Shift & Scheduling:
Total RTO is limited to 4 days or less.
Every third weekend is required.
No call.
Must work 50% of holidays during the assignment.
Floating Requirements:
Acute care RNs are expected to float to Level 6 (Surgical), Level 7 (CCBD), Level 8 (Medical), Levels 9/10 (Pulmonary/Rehab), NICU, CPCU, Network of Care (Satellite Locations), Med/Surg IP, IPU (Inpatient Psychiatric Unit), and 1:1 Patient Observation Assignments.
