Required Skills/Experience: X-ray experience required. Community hospital experience is required. PICU, portables, and C-arm experience required. Required X-ray skills: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Fluoroscopy Studies, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities, Surgery/C-Arm.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Experience with neonates and infants preferred. OR experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Flouro Permit required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adolescent, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient population. Community hospital with general radiology cases. CT cases include primary stroke center. General CT exams: Head, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, Extremities, etc.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: rotational. Includes weekend shifts.
Floating Requirements: Float to CT and X-Ray.
