An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
3+ years core lab experience.
Phlebotomy proficiency required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Strong blood bank skills preferred.
ABG collection experience preferred.
Preferred Credentials:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Unit Details:
Works across all laboratory departments.
Shift & Scheduling:
8, 10, or 12 hour day, evening, and night shifts; flexible scheduling is needed.
Every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours.
Floating Requirements:
Could float to Tomahawk, Eagle River, or Howard Young.
Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed.
