Travel Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit

Required Credentials:

• Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Vaccine and Tdap declinations are not accepted by Ascension Health.
• Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; covers HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have a 6-month separation from employment to be considered for a travel position.
• Claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license to receive travel rate.

Unit Details:

• Acuity adaptable unit caring for ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.
• Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements:

• May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites if needed.
