Travel Nurse (RN) - Respiratory Unit

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required.
• Must be able to read telemetry.
• Current Epic EMR proficiency is required; refresher classes or having someone sit 1:1 with the clinician are not options.

Special Requests:

• Unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler within 9 months, the only available start dates are November 4 or November 16.
• Only one submission per traveler, per agency, per specialty is permitted.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission to be honored.

Unit Details:

• Primarily works on the Respiratory unit, where COVID patients are admitted.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend is required.
• There is no call requirement.
• Holiday coverage is required.

Floating Requirements:

• May float occasionally between various Med-Surg units (Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.).
