Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Must have recent home health experience from 2024-25.
Unit Details:
Coverage area includes Oakdale, Maplewood, and Woodbury.
LVNs are required to get 32 points per week; routine visits count as 0.9 points.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday.
Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from the Administrator.
Floating Requirements:
May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed.
