Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Multispecialty - position must have general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, Breast, Transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, Echo stress treadmill experience.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Notes: Free in any unrestricted space
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Is on-call required? Yes 5pm - 8am Monday - Friday 24 hours Saturday & Sunday
- Are weekends required? Yes, on-call.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
