Travel Allied (Physical Therapist) - Physical Therapy

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have inpatient and outpatient experience.
• Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.
• At least one 13 week previous travel assignment.
• Two (2) years current experience required in specialty.

Required Credentials:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Credentials:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Unit Details:

• Evaluates and treats patients for rehabilitation of physical function and developmental disorders.
• Outpatient and acute mix caseload. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long term care, community based care, and home health care.
• May treat patients across the lifespan, including pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old; pediatric coverage may include inpatient and emergency department settings.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri schedule with 1 weekend (Sat-Sun) per month as scheduled. When a weekend is worked, weekdays are adjusted to maintain 40 hours with time off during the week.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles is required.
• Float to adult units if needed if pediatric patient census fluctuates.
