Required Skills / Experience: 2 Years inpatient rehab or acute experience
Required Credentials: Education: Degree in Physical Therapy
Preferred Credentials: First Aid certification
Unit / Facility Details: References: 2 supervisory; prefer 1 reference from last assignment
Shift & Scheduling: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Must be available to work one holiday, if needed
