Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
If you have RCIS, state license is not required.
Unit Details:
Cardiac intervention radiology room with structural heart.
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday 0700-1530 or 0730-1600.
Call required: 3 call shifts in a 2 week period.
Weekends: call weekends every 6 weeks required.
Weekday call coverage: Monday thru Friday 4pm to 7am.
Weekend call coverage: Friday 4pm to Monday 7am.
RTO: No more than 7 days.
Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
