Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac: Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and Interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including supply and equipment usage such as: PTCA/Stent, Complex PCI utilizing Shockwave IVL, Rotapro Atherectomy, CSI Atherectomy, kissing balloon approach, IABP, Impella CP, IVUS(Philips), iFR/FFR), device implants - PPM, ICD, Bi-V, leadless pacemakers implants. (High volume, High priority) Vascular for Gateway Campus: EKOS Thrombolysis, INARI Thrombectomy (low volume/low priority). Neurovascular: Diagnostic/Interventional Neurovascular procedures (low to medium volume; low priority-have incentive in place for our 2 permanent rad techs now for neuro call)
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years’ experience preferably. Structural Heart experience(TAVR, LAAO, PFO/ASD) (we have a system in place currently training scrub techs (RTs and RNs) to become competent in TAVRs, but would like the applicant to have experience with PFO/ASD and LAAO procedures)
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule. On call 1-2 nights per week with taking call 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule. 30-minute response time. Weekend call is from Friday 5pm CST – Monday 0630 CST. Will rotate through upcoming Holidays on the team they are placed on
