Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Skills Checklist: cannot contain any N/As, all lines must have a numerical rating.
Required Skills/Experience: Experience performing C-Arm scans in an OR setting.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 2+ years' experience in X-ray preferred. 1-2 years' experience in CT preferred.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment within the submission for a DNU check. Must disclose previous Sanford Health employment. Previous Sanford Health employees must have ended employment at least 6 months before submission.
Unit Details: Performs diagnostic x-ray, CT, and C-arm imaging. Uses Sectra PACS image viewing system, Siemens Flash and Siemens X.Cite CT, Siemens and Hologic Mini C-Arms, and Carestream and Siemens X-ray equipment.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other to every third weekend rotation. No call. Flexible contract hours: 36 hours per week, with up to 40 scheduled.
Floating Requirements: Float within the hospital to X-Ray, Fluoro, Operating Room, and CT.
