Preferred Skills/Experience: EMU experience preferred.
Special Requests: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level if applicable, patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Previous Sanford Health employment must be disclosed. If previously employed by Sanford Health, the end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on the resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Conducts EEG testing for patients ages birth through geriatrics, including pediatrics and adult ICU patients. Inpatient bedside routine EEG and bedside long-term hookups, plus outpatient routine EEG tests. Submits reports to physicians summarizing test results; monitors and restocks equipment; calibrates, troubleshoots, repairs, and documents defective equipment; and produces simple reports on data and findings. Standard 10-20 system and cap application utilized. Uses Natus Xltek.
Shift & Scheduling: After-hours call is required, including nights and weekends.
Floating Requirements: Floating within hospital inpatient and outpatient settings.
