Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Required Skills/Experience: EP and Neuro Scrub experience due to working in those areas when needed Proficient with coronary stent interventions and sterile technique Proficient with roles of a CVT or Rad Tech
Required Credentials: If ARRT, will need to get NDMIRT prior to start
Shift & Scheduling: Monday thru Friday with rotation of call every 3-4th weekend, along with 1 night of call per week. Call team consists of a 4 person team. candidate would not work alone.
