Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience:
- EP experience, IR experience, vascular experience, monitoring, and neuro experience required.
- Obtain vitals.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Coil embolization preferred.
- Preferred skills/experience with CTO, peripherals, venous access, rhythm interpretation, a variety of atherectomy devices, a variety of thrombectomy devices, and temporary LVAD support.
- Preferred experience with Philips X-Ray System, McKesson for Cath Lab, and MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP.
Required Credentials:
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
- ARRT (R) accepted in place of RCIS for Cath Lab.
Special Requests:
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
- Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.
- Candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility.
- All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:
- Adult, geriatric, pediatric, and adolescent patient population.
- Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip).
- Interventional Radiology: Lines, drains, embolizations, lower/upper extremities, fistulas, visceral angio/intervention, stroke thrombectomy.
- Neurointervention.
- CRM device implants.
- Parking Cost: Parking is free
Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend.
- Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts; this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 scheduled shifts for the week.
- 70 hours per 2 weeks.
Floating Requirements:
- May float to IR and EP.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
