Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: EP experience, structural heart experience, and minimum of 1 year Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience.
Required Credentials: Graduation from a Radiologic Technology program or a CVT program. Graduate of a CAHEP-accredited CVT program or completion of a 2-year Radiologic Technology training program approved by AMA. For Radiologic Technology program graduates: CRT and Fluoroscopy required, plus one of the following credentials: ARRT with CI credentials, RCIS, RCES, or CEPS. For CVT program graduates: one of the following credentials required: RCIS, RCES, or CEPS.
Unit Details: Performs diagnostic fluoroscopic angiographic procedures, coronary and peripheral interventions, and electrophysiology procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Assists with pre- and post-procedure patient care and monitoring, sterile technique, and contrast media preparation.
Shift & Scheduling: Some on-call required.
