Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Impella, Mitral Clip, TAVR, TEE, and Watchman experience required.
Required Credentials: RDCS or RVT from ARDMS, or RCS or RVS from CCI.
Preferred Credentials: Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound or Cardiac Ultrasound certification program preferred.
Unit Details: Non-invasive cardiology/outpatient cardiac rehab setting. Performs diagnostic cardiac and/or peripheral vascular ultrasound and provides preliminary reports of critical results to nurses and physicians. Performs adult and/or pediatric cardiac ultrasound procedures, including TEE and stress echo, and peripheral vascular studies including arterials, renals, and transcranial Doppler. Assists with procedures in the OR, hybrid lab, Cath lab, and CAD, including TAVR, SAVR, Tandem heart, Lariet procedures, and pseudoaneurysm compression. Uses transducers and digital networking systems.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. No call.
