Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: General ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, all other general exams, vascular, echocardiograms, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress - treadmill required.
Required Credentials: CCI or RDCS required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Neonatal, infant, pediatric/adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Uses Change Healthcare; can be trained on assignment. Will be assisting with precepting clinicians. Parking Notes: Free in any unrestricted space
Shift & Scheduling: On-call required 5pm - 8am Monday - Friday and 24 hrs Saturday & Sunday. Weekends required for on-call.
