Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Credentials:

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
• RCIS not accepted.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Coil embolization/peripherals/hemodynamic monitoring preferred.

Special Requests:

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.
• RTO must be approved at time of submission.
• Block schedule will be considered.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• Daily caseload: 8-12.
• Coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias; coronary diagnostic and intervention, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and permanent pacemakers.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No weekend requirement.
• On-call up to 4 days a week; varies based on need.
