Required Skills/Experience:

• EP experience, IR experience, vascular experience, monitoring, and neuro experience required.
• Obtain vitals.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Coil embolization preferred.
• Preferred skills/experience with CTO, peripherals, venous access, rhythm interpretation, a variety of atherectomy devices, a variety of thrombectomy devices, and temporary LVAD support.
• Preferred experience with Philips X-Ray System, McKesson for Cath Lab, and MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP.

Required Credentials:

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
• ARRT (R) accepted in place of RCIS for Cath Lab.

Special Requests:

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.
• Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.
• Candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility.
• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:

• Adult, geriatric, pediatric, and adolescent patient population.
• Diagnostic Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiac Cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, Structural Heart (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip).
• Interventional Radiology: Lines, drains, embolizations, lower/upper extremities, fistulas, visceral angio/intervention, stroke thrombectomy.
• Neurointervention.
• CRM device implants.
• Parking Cost: Parking is free

Shift & Scheduling:

• On-call 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend.
• Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts; this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 scheduled shifts for the week.
• 70 hours per 2 weeks.

Floating Requirements:

• May float to IR and EP.
