Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience in a NICU level III or IV unit and be able to work independently within a level 3 NICU autonomously. Neuro Trauma ICU experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Bunnell Jet Ventilation in NICU highly preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Expected ratios are dependent on hospital acuity.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend per CBA. All staff are variable shift; the manager makes every effort to keep agency staff on a consistent day or night shift for the duration of the 13-week contract, but the exact assignment is typically confirmed one to two weeks in advance.

Floating Requirements: Internal floating between departments. Must be flexible.
