Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. If you have ever worked for Sanford Health, it must be noted in the submission. If previously worked with Sanford, your end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission.
Required Skills/Experience: Required experience on GE scanners.
Unit Details: Perform CT scans in the ED or main hospital. Helping hand during the night for morning chest x-rays in the ICU. Uses GE scanners and Sectra PACS. Very busy CT department operating 24/7.
Shift & Scheduling: Straight weekend/straight overnights.
