References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: ER and pediatric experience. Must do X-ray procedures as well: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year CT experience
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. On night shift, most patients are from the emergency dept. and inpatient floors. Exams will vary from newborn x-rays to trauma patients. We never have just one tech on nights. 2 minimum techs.
Shift & Scheduling: No on-call.
