Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Outpatient work setting experience required.
- Angiograms, nephogram, kyphoplasty, peripherals, venous access, and C-arm experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Operating room, ER, or adult ICU work setting experience preferred.
- Ablations, biopsies, and Philips experience preferred. -Community Hospital Experience
Required Credentials:
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
- Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract.
Unit Details:
- Fast-paced interventional radiology department supporting vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists.
- Uses Philips rooms, including one biplane room, and one GE hybrid room.
- Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call one day during the week and one weekend per month.
- Must arrive within 60 minutes of receiving call.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
