    Additional Information

    Required Credentials:

    • Completion of an accredited MLT/CLS or MT/MLS program.

    Preferred Credentials:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Applied Science, or a chemical, physical, or biological science discipline preferred.

    Unit Details:

    • Performs testing in Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, Blood Gas, and Phlebotomy.
    • Obtains, processes, analyzes, and reports laboratory specimens; recognizes abnormal test results and refers critical values to the Pathologist when required.
    • Phlebotomy for patients of all ages from neonatal to geriatric.
    • Follows drug screening and BAT protocols.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Wed, Thurs, Fri.
    • Holiday coverage required.
