Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: No first-time travelers; can screen if at least 2 years of experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: PET skills preferred; will be doing PET scans, but willing to train on site. Cardiac experience preferred, especially if taking call. Adult ICU preferred. EKGs / PACS preferred. Community Hospital Experience
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. General nuclear medicine studies, Lexi scans, PET/CT (non diagnostic). Up to 15 PET scans/day. Parking Cost: Free Parking
Shift & Scheduling: Orientation shifts will be 0800 - 1630 (likely first two weeks). Mon-Fri. No weekends or holidays. Optional call available, typically 1 day/week. Call shifts may be M-F 0430-2200 and Sat-Sun 0600-2200 with 60 min response time.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
