Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Adult and Nuclear Cardiology settings required.
• Gastric emptying, HIDA Scan, Muga Scan, 3 Phase, Whole Body Bone Scan, Liver Imaging, Perfusion, Ventilation/perfusion, Exercise/Rest-Multiple, Pharmacological Stress, Isolation Precautions, Start and Maintain Peripheral IV, and storing/handling/disposal of radioactive materials required.

Required Credentials:

• Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Special Requests:

• Block schedule to be discussed.
• Must work 2/3 major holidays.
• Local travelers accepted for this allied position; Indiana residents are considered local.
• IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend requirement is for call; on-call rotates one week at a time for all after-hours coverage, including Saturday and Sunday.
• Flexible contract hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
