Preferred Credentials: DOT certification preferred at original contract; required at extension within 90 days.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Each employment history entry on the resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job being applied to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must be outside 50 miles of the facility. Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Unit Details: Uses Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs; training provided if no prior experience.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. No call, weekends, or holidays.
