Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Home Health experience required.
Special Requests:
Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from the administrator.
Unit Details:
Coverage area includes Sonoma and Marin.
Average 4-6 visits per day, depending on type of visit, for PT/OT/SLP.
The productivity expectation is 28-32 points per week for PT/OT/SLP.
Productivity point values are: SOC: 2.5 points; ROC: 2 points; Evaluations/Recert/Discharge OASIS: 1.5 points; Discipline DC, routine visit, and 30-day reassessment: 1 point; weekly case conference: 1 point.
Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday.
Floating Requirements:
May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed.

In addition, the American Occupational Therapy Association offers Occupational Therapists the opportunity to achieve board certification or specialty certification in certain areas.
