Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.

Required Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience IV admixing experience of non-hazardous medications

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Day 5x8-Hour (09:30 - 18:00) Consecutive weekends required

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
