Home Health Physical Therapist
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with adult geriatrics.
- Experience in home health and senior care is essential.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in pelvic floor therapy.
- Training in Herman & Wallace Level 1A or equivalent.
Required Credentials:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Unit/Facility Details:
- Location: Regular home visits in Mercer County & North Burlington County
- Reliable transportation required.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- No on-call duties or weekend work required
