    Additional Details:

    RTO must be listed at time of submission.

    All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

    References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

    Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee. ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any) Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

    Required Credentials: Manual Therapy

    Preferred Credentials: Wound care

    Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Free

    Special Requests: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

    Shift & Scheduling: No weekends, no on call.

    Floating Requirements: West Portland OR and Surrounding Areas

    Details:

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
