Special Requests:
- You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit and facility.
- Time off requires manager approval.
Unit Details:
- Home health patients include medically compromised patients with CHF, COPD, DM, and cardiac conditions; ortho, neuro, dementia, and general weakness; ages vary from early adult to geriatrics.
- Home health department team includes RN, LPN, OT, PTA, SLP, aides, MSW, and case managers.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday operations.
- No weekend rotation.
- No call.
- Office is closed on 6 major holidays.
Floating Requirements:
- Position covers the Southern Black Hills, including Hot Springs, Custer, Edgemont, Hill City, Hermosa, and surrounding areas.
